2: Promote the right to identity documentation

The right to identity documentation is the third and final area of intervention of the OCNH. It highlights the importance of identity documents with particular emphasis on the issuance of birth certificates, Extracts from Archives, etc. The organization's commitment is clear: to ensure that every individual has unfettered access to birth certificates and other documents. We recognize that this dimension is essential in order to enable each citizen to participate fully in the active life of the society to which he/she belongs.
